Bystronic Hits the Swiss Stock Exchange

The shareholders of Conzzeta AG, at their annual general meeting on April 21, 2021, approved the name change for the company to Bystronic AG. Following that move, May 3 marked the first trading day for shares of Bystronic (ticker symbol BYS) on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX). Bystronic is aiming for an annual organic sales growth of 5 to 8 percent, and by (2025 expects revenues to increase to approximately 1.3 billion Swiss francs with an EBIT margin in excess of 12 percent.
