Arku, Inc. shows its new deburring machine, the EdgeBreaker 3000, featuring two sequential processing units, which deburr and round laser-cut parts on both sides in a single pass. Its patented brush-change-click system enables quick replacement of the abrasives, allowing for rapid and flexible adaptation to various deburring tasks. In addition, the automatic calibration system measures the abrasive consumption and compensates for this automatically. Also at the Arku booth: the FlatMaster 55 precision leveler. Capable of flattening materials as thin as 0.1 mm and in thicknesses to 60 mm, it features an integrated leveling gap control and quick-change system for the leveling rollers.
