Heavy-Duty Servo Feed/ Straightener Combo Headed to Canada

Comments The Die-Max Tool & Die facility in Ajax, Ontario, Canada has acquired a new heavy-duty servo feed/straightener combination machine from CHS Automation, Roseville, MI. The feed/straightener is a CHS Model DRFS-5-54, with the ability to feed 0.1-in.-thick stock to 54 in. wide. Features include a seven-roll straightener, power pinch rolls with motorized threading assist and digital LED readouts for roll adjustment. Die-Max also ordered, for its facility in Tullahoma, TN, a CHS control retrofit-upgrade package for an existing 72-in. servo feed.
