Dallas Industries features a complete press feed line with Allen-Bradley ethernet-based controls architecture. The architecture supports advanced features and helps identify potential root causes to help the system run optimally. Personnel are on hand to discuss ways to achieve smoother feed motion using ProfileSelect software, which uses a sinusoidal profile (cam motion) that puts less stress on the material and mechanics. SyncLoop controls synchronize the feeder and straightener speeds, enhancing the loop’s stability and control. Also featured: AutoSet controls, which automatically adjust pass-line height, edge guides and coil guides to achieve repeatable performance.
