Dengensha and Nastoa Merge to Create Dengensha Toa

Japanese resistance-welding-equipment manufacturers Nastoa Welding Technologies Co. Ltd. and Dengensha Mfg. Co. Ltd., the parent company of Dengensha America, Bedford, OH, have merged to create Dengensha Toa Co. Ltd. The newly merged company will manufacture resistance-welding equipment for automotive, agricultural-machinery and general manufacturers on an international scale.

Solar Atmospheres, Souderton, PA, a provider of heat-treating and brazing services, announced a number of changes to its executive leadership. Roger Jones has been appointed CEO of the company’s four vacuum-heat-treating facilities across Pennsylvania, California and South Carolina.

In addition, Jamie Jones has been promoted to president of Solar Atmospheres’ Souderton location, and Trevor Jones has been promoted to CEO of the company’s manufacturing, magnetic specialties and newly-developed vacuum-pump services.
