A new addition to the signatureACE product line from Signature Technologies, Inc., Oak Point, TX, is the APC module, a MiniSAM, which provides for linear applications and simple, reliable verification of part quality. Single-point costs for the system start at one-fourth prior product prices and still utilize the entire family of SAMview software. The product allows precise in-die measurements using analog proximity sensors for dimensional measurement and position sampling. In addition, SAMview software has been modularized, enabling purchase of only needed functions.
Also, SAMview IT products now have expanded capabilities for production monitoring, preventive maintenance and liability protection.
