Thomas Alongi is the lead partner overseeing audits of public and private companies for UHY's Audit and Assurance Department. For more than 20 years, Tom has given invaluable financial advice to both public and private clients, with a primary focus on companies looking to maximize shareholder value through acquisitions, profit enhancement, restructuring, and ultimately exiting their investment. Tom's extensive background in costing separates him from the typical auditor. He's involved in all stages of the costing process, starting with an in-depth understanding of operational and financial issues followed by a recommendations report and business model for improving the bottom line. Tom developed and implemented computer costing models that enable companies to better understand their cost structure and price their products for profitability. Tom is the leader of the firm's National Manufacturing Practice and a member of the National Transaction Services Group, where he performs financial and operational due diligence, and has led a significant number of transactions over the past several years. He's hosted several conferences and authored numerous articles for various manufacturing and accounting publications for UHY and outside the firm.

Stephen joined the Weiss-Aug team in August of 2011 as a new product development tooling design engineer. The focus of the New Product Development (NPD) team was rapid prototyping for both straight metal stampings and insert molded parts. Stephen continued working within the NPD group until June of 2019 where he took on the role of stamping design supervisor which was responsible for production tooling designs. Stephen held this role for three years before eventually assuming the role of engineering manager in August of 2022. In this new position, both the NPD and production engineering teams report directly to Stephen.

Following on from a degree in systems engineering, Paul started out in robotic simulation for the automotive industry where he also encountered metrology for the first time. Switching to more of a metrology role, Paul encountered several different metrology devices and now has more than 20 years of experience in automotive, aerospace and large-scale metrology experience covering measurements, automation and robotics. Working with laser radar products for more than a decade as an applications engineer, Paul has had first-hand experience of the issues faced by customers across a wide range of industries. Dean has been an active member of the forming and fabricating community for the past 32 years. He held various roles with Niagara (later Clearing Niagara Bliss, CNB), including service tech, regional sales manager and fabrication product director. Later, Dean was the fabrication product director for Piranha / Allsteel and designed the Titan press brake with Tennsmith as its fabrication product director. Dean also was a national sales manager for SEYI Presses, which was a supplier to CNB during the 1990s. Dean is an advisor to SMART manufacturing and international director with SME. He also has been an advisor to the PMA safety committee and a contributor to MetalForming magazine. Todd Wenzel is president of TCR Integrated Stamping Systems, Wisconsin Rapids, WI. TCR provides consulting, service, and sales and turnkey installations of capital equipment for hand-fed, progressive-die and transfer stamping applications. While the bulk of the work performed has been in the upper Midwest, TCR provides its services all over the United States, and in nine other countries as well.
