Dengensha America, Bedford, OH, offers the new NDZ projection-welding system and the WS-100 control as part of its range of products that include projection and spot welders, weld guns, feeders, controls, consumables, spare parts and training.
The NDZ combines an NDZ pedestal welder with Dengensha’s weld-nut/stud feeder, and can be utilized in either manual or robotic projection-welding systems.
The WS-100 provides total process control from the palm of the hand, controlling 15 monitoring functions and three selectable detection ranges. Users can monitor, measure, save and print out welding current, cycle time and peak current from AC and DC welders, single- and three-phase welders, capacitor-discharge welders, AC seam welders, pulsation AC/DC welders, and inverter welders.
