A special kickoff speaker has been added to the program for PMA’s 17th Annual Trainers Roundtable, to be held October 19-20, at PMA Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Don English, a human resource specialist with a broad range of manufacturing experience, will speak on the topic, “Do You Have a Learning Environment?”

PMA’s Training & Education Committee has planned a full discussion agenda for the roundtable, a great opportunity for trainers at PMA member companies to share their experiences, resources and best practices to learn from each other and come a with practical ideas to implement at their companies. The program will begin with a reception, agenda-building session and the kickoff presentation on Wednesday evening, October 19. Thursday will feature a full day of members discussing their common training challenges, from training assessment/ needs analysis to skilled trades training to developing professional trainers and much more.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to improve your training procedures and processes, network with industry peers, and discuss and investigate ideas and experiences. Visit www.pma.org/meetings to learn more about this and other upcoming PMA events, or contact Dave Sansone at 216/901-8800 or dsansone@pma.org.
