Northeast Ohio to Welcome New Workforce-Development Center
August 24, 2021To create the next generation of well-trained workers in Northeast Ohio with the skills to work in manufacturing, Alliance for Working Together (AWT), a small, informal group of manufacturers who meet to discuss topics of interest and best practices, is breaking ground on a $3-million Transformation Center. The new training facility, which will be used to help train manufacturing workers in Northeast Ohio in the technologies needed for the next generation of manufacturing jobs, is located next to Fredon Corp. in Mentor, OH, whose CEO Roger Sustar founded AWT.
