Connecticut Spring & Stamping Launches Apprenticeship Program
October 1, 2013Comments Eleven people have enrolled in a new inhouse apprenticeship program launched at Connecticut Spring & Stamping (CSS), Farmington, CT. The program replaces a state-funded training program the firm had previously used to train tool and die makers and machine operators. Program tracks include CNC production setup, press and fourslide diemaking, and press and fourslide operations. CSS manufactures springs, metal stampings, machined parts and subassemblies for a variety of end-user markets including medical, electronics and aerospace.
