Metalformer Expands into Short-Run Stamping via Acquisition

Lake Air Companies, Minneapolis, MN, a long-run precision metal stamper and fabricator, has acquired short-run stamper WB Tooling, Bloomington, MN. WB Tooling will relocate to Lake Air’s facility in New Hope, MN. Lake Air operates three plants overall, totaling nearly 200,000 sq. ft. of production space.
