Okay Adds Medical Engineering and Manufacturing Capacity
June 1, 2012CommentsA new 63,000-sq.-ft. facility in Berlin, CT, and a new 14,000-sq.-ft. facility in Alajuela, Costa Rica, mark Okay Industries’ efforts to consolidate and grow its medical-components business. “By adding a stand-alone medical facility,” says company president Jason Howey, “we’ll have the focus and resources to develop the applications that help our medical customers redefine how they treat patients.” Okay stamps and machines medical products from a variety of materials, including stainless steel, implantable titanium and nitinol.
