Ammo Buys Jagemann Sporting Group's WI Casing Division
August 25, 2019Comments Ammunitions manufacturer Ammo, Inc. announced that it has closed on the purchase of Jagemann Sporting Group’s Wisconsin Casings division. Located in Manitowoc WI, the Casings division was a subsidiary of Jagemann Stamping, which serves the automotive industry. In 2011, Jagemann leveraged its stamping expertise to build a new ammunition-casing business with a portfolio of more than 30 different cartridges for the commercial, law enforcement and military markets.
