Aida-America Hires Customer Service Engineer, Installation Supervisor

Aida-America, Dayton, OH, announced the hiring of Mike Harper as customer service engineer, and Steve Hawk as installation supervisor. Harper has several years of experience maintaining metal stamping presses and troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. He’ll now install, maintain and repair Aida presses, perform inspections and help educate customers on appropriate maintenance and repairs.
Hawk brings many years of experience troubleshooting electrical circuits and mechanical problems to his position. In addition to being closely involved with the manufacture and assembly of assigned presses, he’ll also supervise assemblers, riggers, subcontractors and auxiliary-equipment installers during installations.
