Software Supports Design and Simulation of Tube Hydroforming

Switzerland-based AutoForm Engineering GmbH (with U.S. headquarters in Troy, MI) has introduced AutoForm Hydro 2014, software for rapid tool design and simulation of tube hydroforming. The software enables users to carry out complete virtual tryouts of the hydroforming process involving all process steps including bending, preforming and hydroforming. Users can evaluate multistage hydroforming processes and simulate low- and multi-pressure hydroforming.
