CAD/CAM/CAE Companies Vero and Planit Merge
November 1, 2011CommentsVero Software, a provider of CAD/ CAM/CAE software for the development of stamping dies and injection molds, has merged with Planit Holdings, a developer of CAD/CAM software for the production engineering and metal-fabrication sectors. Planit’s brands include Edgecam, Alphacam and Radan; Vero brands include Visi, Peps and Smirt. The merger is funded by Battery Ventures, Boston, MA.
