TMS was selected from more than 14,000 applicants by a panel of judges as an Honoree in Enduring Businesses, for its overall growth driven by cutting-edge ideas, resilience, and strong employee culture. The list includes a diverse array of small businesses and industries located in 31 states and Washington, D.C.
TMS, Toledo, OH, a 95-yr.-old family business, credits its success and longevity to being an ethical business that treats employees fairly, treats customers with integrity, and supports the community through philanthropic endeavors.
