Zapp Tooling Alloys Opens U.S. Operations

German-based Robert Zapp Werkstofftechnik GmbH, a distributor of PM materials for the European and Asian tooling markets, has opened Zapp Tooling Alloys, Inc., in Summerville, SC. The new location—18,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space—carries ZPM-brand tool and high-speed steels in plate, round and flat bars, in several alloys including equivalent alloys to CPM 3V, 9V, 10V and S90V.
