ThyssenKrupp VDM USA Merges with Sister Company

ThyssenKrupp VDM USA, Inc., Florham Park, NJ, the sales and distribution arm of the German supplier of high-performance nickel alloys, cobalt alloys and specialty stainless steels, has merged with its sister company Precision Rolled Products, Inc., also based in Florham Park, NJ.
The combined sales and business support teams employ 222 at its headquarters, production sites (in Florham Park and Reno, NV), and its U.S. sales and technical support offices. Precision Rolled Products melts and forms superalloys at its NJ facility for aircraft gas turbines and airframes, and performs hot rolling, cold drawing and finishing at its NV plant.
