December 1, 2012CommentsPrivate investment firm The Watermill Group, Lexington, MA, has acquired two manufacturers of metal tubing—Fine Tubes Ltd., Plymouth, UK, and Superior Tube Co. Inc., Collegeville, PA. Fine Tubes supplies the European market with seamless, welded and welded-and-drawn tubes of stainless steel, nickel, titanium and zirconium alloy. Superior Tube specializes in precision, small-diameter metal tubing for the nuclear, aerospace and medical markets, manufactured to tight tolerances from stainless steel, nickel alloys and high-temperature and reactive alloys.
