Material Sciences Corp. Acquires Alum-A-Fold Pacific

Material Sciences Corp. (MSC), Canton, MI, has announced its acquisition of Alum-A-Fold Pacific, Inc. (AFP). Headquartered in California, AFP produces specialty-coated metals for a variety of end markets, including building products, packaging and consumer goods.

“AFP’s strategically located facility in the Los Angeles area will expand our geographical reach and allow us to better serve West Coast customers,” says Pat Murley, MSC CEO.
