Live Ventures Acquires Precision Metal Works

Live Ventures Inc., Las Vegas, NV, a diversified holding company, has acquired metal forming company Precision Metal Works, Inc., Louisville, KY, for a total consideration of approximately $28 million. Precision Metal Works manufactures highly engineered parts and assemblies across 400,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, supplying the appliance, automotive, hardware, electrical, medical and other industries.
As part of the acquisition, Live Ventures will retain PMW’s existing management team and all of its employees.
