Tower Metalworking Fluids has launched a new product in its
Saf-T-Vanish line of VOC stamping and forming fluids. Saf-T-Vanish 144 is
designed to replace solvent-based stamping fluids that are used on galvanized
and galvanneal materials. In most cases, the stamped material is flat-stacked,
and VOC-generating fluids have been used to reduce resultant residues that can
lead to staining and, in some cases, white rust. The use of such fluids
has been a hazard to the work environment and to workers. Safe for the environment,
Saf-T-Vanish 144 eliminates the propensity for staining even under flat-stacked
conditions.
