Solar Atmospheres of Western PA, Hermitage, PA, and Neota Product Solutions, a custom metal injection molding (MIM) manufacturer in Loveland, CO, have developed an exclusive sintering partnership. The two firms have developed a sintering thermal profile that densifies complex geometric shapes and controls shrinkage. This results in solid and strong metallic parts with reportedly near-100-percent density while maintaining tight tolerances.
