DGI Supply, Wheeling, IL, a DoAll company, has signed a letter of intent to acquire K & H Sales, Inc., which operates distribution centers in three Northern California locations—San Leandro, Watsonville and El Dorado Hills. The firm supplies metal-cutting tools, precision measurement equipment and machine-shop supplies, as well as fasteners, hand and power tools, abrasive systems and maintenance supplies. DGI Supply, which intends to broaden the inventory at each K & H location, operates 49 sales offices in North America and offers abrasive and band-sawing products, cutting tools and fluids, MRO and safety products, and more.
