Minnesota Waterjet Shop Adds Four-head Cutting Machine

Precision Waterjet Concepts Inc., Pequot Lakes, MN, has installed its third waterjet-cutting system from Jet Edge Inc., St. Michael, MN, this one a 4- by 4-ft. gantry machine equipped with four abrasive-jet cutting heads and a 150-hp intensifier pump. Precision Waterjet Concepts has grown 20 to 30 percent per year since opening in 2002; its 19,000-sq.-ft. shop houses three 3-axis waterjet systems and three 5-axis systems.
