Flex Machine Tools Adds New CNC Controls, CAD/CAM Software from IGEMS

Flex Machine Tools, Wapakoneta, OH, has partnered with Swedish company IGEMS to integrate its FlexJet waterjet-cutting machines with IGEMS’ CNC controls, CAD/CAM software, and hardware solutions. The cutting machines now gain enhanced capabilities including the advanced Tilter five-axis cutting head, Snapper camera for optimal positioning, Rounder kinematic compensation tool, and Straighter perpendicular angle tool. Also included: IGEMS’ HMI and Beckhoff state-of-the-art industrial PCs.
