Toronto-based AAG Tailored Cutting Solutions has been recognized for overall business performance and sustained growth by earning the prestigious Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation. The Best Managed program is sponsored by Deloitte Private, CIBC, Canadian Business, Smith School of Business and TMX Group.

AAG, which comprises three brands--AXYZ CNC routers, WardJet waterjet-cutting machines, and the CNCShop e-commerce website--has been recognized due to its adaptability during the COVID-19 crisis. Its team united around the cause of helping customers pivot towards producing essential goods such as PPE; creating an online community for sharing PPE designs; broadcasting free webinars educating customers on PPE production; and providing discounts for customers producing PPE.

Best Managed program-award winners are amongst the best-in-class of Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues exceeding $25 million, demonstrating leadership in the areas of strategy, capabilities and innovation, culture and commitment, and financials to achieve sustainable growth.
