Okay Industries Promotes Redi Nasto to Business Development Engineer–Laser Technologies

Okay Industries, Inc., New Britain, CT, a contract manufacturer of components and subassemblies for global medical-device OEMs, has promoted Redi Nasto to business development engineer--laser technologies. Nasto will focus on the company’s growth initiatives by engaging with customers on early-stage research and development prototypes, design for manufacturability development and introduction of innovative technologies for specific applications. He’ll also serve as the liaison for seamless handoffs to the firm’s new-product-development and project-management teams and support the business-development team for its three manufacturing facilities in New Britain and Berlin, CT, and Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Nasto, who has been with Okay since 2014, earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University.
