Mazak Optonics Names New General Manager of Customer Service

Mazak Optonics Corp. has promoted Luke Surratt from installations manager to general manager of customer service. He will manage all aspects of customer support, service and installations, including development of the company’s customer-service strategy.

Surratt has been with Mazak Optonics since 2002, starting as a service engineer and progressing to training supervisor and then to installations manager.
