Bystronic Acquires Italian Tube, Sheet Processor

Bystronic, Inc., Elgin, IL, provider of cutting and bending solutions, has announced the acquisition of its strategic partner TTM Laser S.p.A., an Italian technology company specializing in the development of 2D and 3D laser systems for the cutting of tubes and profiles, and for the welding of large-format metal sheets. The acquisition of TTM Laser depens Bystronic’s existing portfolio for the laser-cutting process step with applications for tubes with diameters between 1⁄2 and 32 in.
