Press Room Equipment Acquires Norwalk

Norwalk Innovation Inc., manufacturers of the horizontal Un-Coiler for flat stock and wire, and the vertical Lever Lift Un-Coiler, has been acquired by Press Room Equipment Co., a division of American Products, LLC.

Press Room Equipment manufactures equipment for press feeding, material straightening and coil handling, and will continue to build and support Norwalk’s product mix from its manufacturing plant in Springfield, MO.
