Dallas Industries, Troy, MI, will showcase precision servo feeds and coil-handling equipment with coil capacities to 60,000 lb. and with the ability to handle stock to 84 in. wide. The company’s SpaceSaver Plus feed lines feature a footprint as short as 12 ft., a piloting head and common base that ties all equipment together for simple setup and installation. Tuffserv servo feeds are designed for small- to medium-sized stamping applications. The company also offers precision cut-to-length blanking lines along with zig-zag feed lines.
Other equipment to be illustrated includes air-feed units, coil reels with and without coil cars, coil cradles, powered and pull-through straighteners, loop-control devices, extensive control and system monitoring options, and auxiliary feed-line devices such as threading tables, debenders, coil restrictors, peelers, and support and guide rollers.
In addition, technology partner Jaybird Automation Inc., Troy, MI, will participate at the Dallas booth, showcasing its complementary and specialized remanufacture and rebuild services for pressroom equipment, and providing information on its extensive used-equipment offerings.
