OMCG North America, Bensenville, IL, displays the CNC Minimalist 6, with the feed located near bend tools to reduce wire torsion effects. The displayed machine features CAD-to-machine capability that enables simplified programming while the machine is in production. It also is capable of simulating forming with 3D animation shown on the control screen.

OMCG CNC systems form 0.040- to 0.700-in.-dia. wire using the company’s standard eccentric bend head.
