Bugatti to 3D Print Titanium Brake Calipers

The French automaker, Bugatti, has announced that it has redesigned the brake calipers for its Chiron model to be 3D printed out of titanium, achieving a significant weight savings. The current aluminum calipers weigh 10.8 lb., while the titanium calipers, now being evaluated for production, weigh 6.4 lb.
