New ExOne Campaign Highlights Sustainability Benefits of Binder Jetting

ExOne, provider of metal and sand 3D printers using binder jetting technology, has announced a #MakeMetalGreen social media campaign to educate manufacturers about the sustainability benefits of producing metal parts via binder jetting. The new campaign focuses on sustainability aspects of binder-jet 3D printing technology, including shorter supply chains. As part of the focus, the company has introduced a virtual-reality experience to demonstrate a sustainable metal 3D printing factory in action. The VR piece will be showcased at IMTS 2020.
And, ExOne has unveiled an updated design for its production metal printers, featuring green LED lighting as a nod to the technology’s sustainability benefits.
