Tenere Inc., Dresser, WI, a fabricator of complex metal and plastic components and assemblies, has acquired Protogenic, Westminster, CO. Protogenic operates out of a 22,500-sq.-ft. rapid-prototyping facility and performs stereolithography, laser sintering, 3D printing, CNC machining and production RTV molding.
