Fab Metals (OH) Expansion to Complete in October
Fab Metals, a New Carlisle, OH, fabricator, plans on completing a 40,000-sq.-ft. expansion in October, according to the Dayton Daily News. The expansion makes room for laser cutting machines and press brakes as well as machining equipment. With the expansion, Fab Metals will comprise 100,000 sq. ft., employed to provide components to mainly trucking and automotive customers. MetalForming, in its May 2018 issue, detailed the company's installation of laser cutting cells with automated material handling.
