February Equipment Orders Up 34 Percent YoY
The latest U.S. Manufacturing Technology Orders report, published by AMT–The Association For Manufacturing Technology, reveals that orders totaled $377.6 million in February 2021, a 17.8-percent increase from January 2021 and a 34.2-percent increase over February 2020. Orders for the first two months of 2021 are up 22.4 percent year over year.

CDC Issues Updated Travel Guidance for Fully Vaccinated People
The Centers for Disease Control updated its travel guidance for fully vaccinated people to reflect the latest evidence and science. According to the CDC press release, fully vaccinated people can travel at low risk to themselves. A person is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the last recommended dose of vaccine. The CDC provides separate guidance for domestic travel and international travel.
