Adjustable Pass-Line Height Just One Feature
of New Servo Feeds Installed at ODM

ODM Tool & Manufacturing, McCook, IL, a contract stamper and welding shop, has installed two new electronic servo press-feed units from Dallas Industries, Troy, MI. The feeds—a 36-in. model rated for stock to 0.40 in. thick and a 42-in. model rated for material to 0.375 in. thick—feature a motorized cabinet base that allows for up to 10 in. of vertical adjustment of pass-line height. A hydraulic quick clamp secures the cabinet to the press. Entry rolls can be adjusted individually or simultaneously--for self-centering procedures. ODM also had the feeds equipped with out-of-stock sensors and automatic lubrication systems. Learn more about the feeds (models DRFM-636 and DRFH-642) at www.dallasindustries.com.
