American Welding Society Opens in Asia

A new office in Hong Kong now serves as the Asian headquarters for the American Welding Society (AWS), led by managing director Yoanne Lau. A second office is in Beijing. “AWS Asia will promote AWS codes and standards in Asia, as well as other AWS products including certification, membership and online education,” says Jeff Kamentz, corporate director, international sales, AWS.
