Lincoln Acquisitions Add Cutting-System Muscle
January 1, 2013CommentsLincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., Cleveland, OH, acquired three business units from ITT Corp.: Kaliburn, Burny and Cleveland Motion Controls (CMC). Kaliburn manufactures shape-cutting machines; Burny produces cutting control systems; and CMC provides web-tension transducers and engineered machine solutions. All three businesses are consolidated in a headquarters and manufacturing operation in Landson, SC, employing 140 people and with combined annual sales of $35 million.
