Dengensha and Nastoa Merge to Create Dengensha Toa

Japanese resistance-welding-equipment manufacturers Nastoa Welding Technologies Co. Ltd. and Dengensha Mfg. Co. Ltd., the parent company of Dengensha America, Bedford, OH, have merged to create Dengensha Toa Co. Ltd. The newly merged company will manufacture resistance-welding equipment for automotive, agricultural-machinery and general manufacturers on an international scale.
