The Model 3044 Weld Station is designed to accommodate a variety of metal grinding, welding and light plasma applications. It comes standard with two 13 by 27 in. flame-retardant filters, which clean with 99.95 percent efficiency at 0.5 micron. Two trays measuring at 17 by 24 by 1 in. (each) containing spark-arresting quartz 3/16-in. stone placed over the main filters, helping protect it from exposure to hot sparks and extending the life of the filters. This table also is equipped with push-button cleaning, a Magnehelic pressure gauge to show the condition of the main cartridge filters, 24-in. LED dust-proof light bar, and expandable side shields and hood. Each side shield has double folding sides. The table is 30 in. deep and 44 in. wide constructed of 11- and 16-gauge carbon steel, painted with industrial enamel blue. A two-piece tabletop made of 3/16-in. steel making the top user friendly and the table great for smoke removal with minimal gas disturbance.
