Lanzen Acquires Manufacturing Facility in MI

Lanzen Fabricating, Inc., Roseville, MI, a fabricator of assemblies and components for military applications, has acquired Demmer Corp.’s Petoskey, MI, manufacturing facility. The facility comes equipped with weld-fabrication, light assembly and production-machining capabilities, and will be Lanzen’s third plant in Michigan (joining Roseville and Mancelona).
