Hirebotics will showcase its cobot solutions for metal fabrication, including its cobot welder and cobot plasma cutter, powered by its innovative app, Beacon. And the firm will highlight its new integration with the Miller Auto DeltaWeld and a new fine-tune function, designed specifically for cobot automation. The system future-proofs the cobot welder by enabling remote updates of future weld features. Additionally, the new Miller Auto DeltaWeld system optimizes welding capabilities for mild and stainless steel, and aluminum.

The new fine-tune feature allows users to easily adjust the robot’s torch angles for a set of points along a weld, using terminology that welders are accustomed to—travel angle, work angle, and contact tip-to-work distance. Welders also can use the fine-tune feature to adjust their weld points along the weld path (e.g., to move the start point 1 mm further along the weld path).
