Greenerd will showcase its 750-ton double-moving-platen, deep-draw hydraulic press. The machine is fully integrated with two six-axis Fanuc robots that load/ unload, and prompt the press to perform multiple operations. The horizontal four-post gib-guided press has a 750-ton cylinder main ram (adjustable down to 150 tons) with a 350-ton cushion (adjustable down to 70 tons). The platen measures 113 in. tall by 112 in. deep. by 588 in. long. The machine’s overall height is 173 in., with a daylight maximum open distance of 180 in. The press weighs approximately 300,000 lb., and is equipped with a powerful, compact control with touchscreen functions and setup parameters. It has a 108-in. stroke capability and a 48-in. draw.
