Dengensha America, Bedford, OH, will showcase its NDZ projection-welding system that combines the NDZ pedestal welder with a nut and stud feeder. The combination can be used in manual and robotic projection-welding systems, and can be initiated by foot switch, dual palm stand or robotic interface.
The NDZ welding machine is available with four transformer ratings, two throat depths and several stroke options. An easily operated program box walks users through weld-schedule programming.
