Robotic End-of-Arm-Tooling Profiles

SAS Automation, LLC, Xenia, OH, has introduced the HX line of robotic end-of-arm-tooling (EOAT) profiles. The HX line, a hybrid of the company’s circular-tubing and rectangular profiles, are designed for increased flexibility in heavy-duty material handling. Available in ODs of 40 and 60 mm, these profiles are ideal for boom-style EOAT, heavy and bulky parts, and for clamping on the diameter or mounting to the channel. The new line is compatible with all of SAS’s modular EOAT components. Also, the line’s circular channel allows for direct mounting of pneumatic fittings to help ease routing of hoses to grippers or vacuum cups.
